As we wrap up an incredible year, we’re excited to share the highlights of our journey:
- 75,243+ members strong! We’ve grown into a vibrant community empowering Africa with digital skills.
- 18,000+ scholarships awarded for global certifications in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, and more.
- 75% Completion rate- Highest recorded so far!
- 100+ job and internship placements facilitated through our robust network.
- 10+ Initiatives to bring more disadvantaged/rural dwellers, women, children, and the elderly into the digital economy.
- 40% increase in activity, fostering collaboration and shared growth among members in our peer learning groups.
- Celebrated numerous success stories, including members securing international roles, advancing their careers, and launching their businesses.
Challenges and Lessons Learned
- Accessibility: While we’ve made strides in affordability, internet access and devices (Smartphones & Laptops) remains a barrier for some members. We are exploring partnerships to provide subsidized data plans and device procurement.
- Scaling Personalized Support: With rapid membership growth, ensuring one-on-one mentorship for all members proved challenging. Plans are in place to deliver on this for next year through the launch of an upgraded digital platform with AI-driven personalized learning paths.
